How Long Does It Take To Have Material Listed For An Upcoming Sale?
Material may be submitted at any time for inclusion in the next available sale. We have a minimum of three major auctions per year. For proper cataloguing and photography, we need your consignments as soon as possible prior to the sale date.
Can I Place A Reserve On My Items?
Yes, reserves may be placed at the time you send in your consignments or up to 7 days prior to an auction.
When Do I Get Paid?
Settlement cheques are mailed 35 days after an auction on all lots for which we have received payment. For clients outside Canada we can send you a bank draft in any currency you wish, saving you the inconvenience, and fees, of dealing with foreign exchange when you deposit the amounts.
I'm Interested, What Should I Do Next?
The first thing you should do is contact us and discuss the items to be consigned and the terms of sale for these items. Then ship your consignments, by Priority Post, Security Registered Air Mail or Courier. Should your consignments require, we can travel to meet you and pick up the items.
Jeffrey Hoare Auctions Inc. offers other services in addition to the auctions. We provide Probate Valuations and Private Treaty Sales. Please contact Wendy Hoare for further information.
